Depending on the product type and target market, buyers may request testing or documentation related to:

  • 1. Product Classification Review: Understand product use, user age group, target market, and buyer compliance requirements.
  • 2. Material Risk Review: Review leather, lining, board, glue, ink, coating, hardware, magnet, plastic, and packaging materials.
  • 3. Testing Plan Confirmation: Confirm required testing items with buyer or third-party laboratory.
  • 4. Sample Preparation: Prepare representative samples according to lab submission requirements.
  • 5. Partner Lab Coordination: Submit samples to buyer-appointed or agreed third-party laboratory.
  • 6. Report Review: Review test results, identify improvement points if needed, and communicate with buyer.
  • 7. Production Control: Apply approved material and process controls during bulk production.
  • 8. Documentation Support: Support test reports, material declarations, inspection records, and shipment documents.

In-House Preliminary Checks
YBS can perform internal checks before third-party testing or shipment. These checks help reduce avoidable issues before official testing.

Cooperation with Third-Party Laboratories
YBS can cooperate with buyer-appointed laboratories or recognized testing companies for product testing. Buyers may also nominate their preferred lab, testing standard, report language, and submission format.
